Job Title: Hand Assembly Operative

Location:Waterlooville

Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Salary: GBP12.70 per hour – Weekly Pay!

We are recruiting for a well–established manufacturer based in the Portsmouth area, supplying high–quality products to a range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our production team with the addition of reliable and detail–oriented Hand Assembly Operatives.

The Role:

As a Hand Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products or components by hand to precise specifications. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you ll ensure that each item is completed to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed hand assembly of small components

Follow written instructions, drawings, or diagrams accurately

Conduct basic quality checks during and after assembly

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Work efficiently to meet daily targets

What We re Looking For:

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is desirable but not essential

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
