About the Role
MET are currently recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site. This role involves working within the copper plating process on printed circuit boards (PCBs), operating both automated machinery and carrying out manual production tasks.
Working Hours:
Rotating shiftAM / PMEarly finish on Friday Key Responsibilities
Operating PC–controlled copper plating machinesLoading and managing programs on a computer systemCarrying out manual tasks, including material handlingSafely handling and adding chemicals as requiredSupporting production, testing, and inspection processesOperating machinery involved in PCB production where requiredFollowing all health & safety and quality procedures Requirements
Previous experience in a production environment is preferredGood attention to detailReliable and able to work the set shift patternComfortable with a mix of manual and machine–based work Benefits
