Assembler

Description

Our clients are a well–established manufacturer specializing in foam conversion, known for our commitment to quality, engineering precision, and exceptional customer service. Looking to add an assembler to their team.

Assembler responsibilities:

Skilled in manual assembly and component finishing Proficient in operating bandsaws for precision cutting Experienced in using glue guns and heat guns for bonding and shaping Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality Excellent hand–eye coordination and fine motor skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred)

Skills & experience required:

A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong focus on quality Versatile experience with machinery setup and operation Background in woodworking or similar industries (advantageous) Familiarity with using PCs for job tracking and management A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and practical problem–solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
