An opportunity has arisen for a full time, temp to perm Production Operative for a manufacturing company based near Saffron Walden, Essex.

As Production Operative you will be responsible for:

* Preparing and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance

* Keeping production areas clean, organised, and ready for use

* Accurately recording production outputs and identifying any product issues

* Following detailed instructions and maintaining consistency in quality

An ideal candidate for the Production Operative will have:

* Good hand-eye coordination and confidence handling materials

* Machine Operating experience good but not essential

* Willingness to learn new skills
