Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders with speed and accuracy

Accurately input measurements and specifications into our system using LogiKal software

*

Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure order specifications are clear and achievable

*

Check all order details thoroughly to eliminate errors and ensure product accuracy

*

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience using LogiKal software (Essential)

*

Previous experience in the aluminium window and door industry

*

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

*
