Description
The past 2 weeks including today a woman who is clearly disabled has been walking her daughter home on foxhall road didcot.
This car driver has been shouting out LAZY at the disabled woman which has left this woman self conscious of walking along this road alone.
The car is a black skoda reg RF63 EZR
This is discrimination and desperately needs to stop.
