Warehouse Lead Operative - Grays/Tilbury Area - GBP30,000-GBP32,000 8am-5pm, Monday to FridayWe're looking for a Warehouse Lead Operative to join a small, hands-on team based in the Grays/Tilbury area. This is a physically active and varied role that involves working with a wide range of vehicles, loading them securely into containers, and leading the day-to-day operations in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead daily warehouse activityPlan and prepare work schedules alongside the office teamDrive and position vehicles onto ramps and into racking systemsSecure vehicles using straps and safety equipmentUse basic tools for adjustments when neededMove heavy materials and assist with container loadingWhat we're looking for:

Full UK driving licence - essentialStrong vehicle driving experience and confident handling various typesPhysically fit and agile - must be able to move in and out of tight spacesPrevious warehouse or logistics experienceAble to follow and give instruction clearlyComfortable taking the lead and managing workflowFamiliarity with tools and basic measuring is usefulForklift/counterbalance experience a bonus (training can be provided)An interest in cars is helpful but not essentialLocation: Grays/Tilbury area

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: GBP30,000-GBP32,000 (depending on experience)
