Role:

As a logistics operator you will be trained on various processes to suit your individual skill set, and you will be carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders each day:

Picking and packingLoading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouseCustomer order pickingShrink wrappingWorking in a teamGeneral warehouse dutiesHandling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detailOpportunities to upskill to other trucks (e.g. VNA)Heavy Lifting InvolvedOperating a Powered Pallet Truck – T20 (Experience is preferred) Hours of work:

Monday–Friday: permanent mornings or permanent afternoons from 30 hours 45 hours per week, depending on business needs

Pay Rates:

– GBP12.41/hour (Morning shift)

– GBP14.27/hour (Afternoon shift)

Pay increase to GBP12.88/hour (AM) and GBP14.81/hour (PM) after 12 weeksOvertime rates: x1.5 Mon–Sat; x2 Sunday What we offer:

Previous experience as warehouse operative is desirable, however full training is provided. Good levels of attendance. Flexibility to carry out overtime when required.
