Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: 12.21p/h Night shift: 13.00p/h after 12 weeks 14.25

Typical hours as a Recycling Warehouse Operative:

Day shift: 6AM–6PMNight Shift: 6PM–6AMFlexible shifts – typically 4 on 4 off, but this cannot be guaranteedMust be available to work weekends.The Recycling Warehouse Operative role includes:

Loading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt, the trays are unloaded at the other end and returned to the suppliersUnloading cages and trays from trailers, and taking them to a baling machine, where the cardboard and plastic is then pressed into bales, which come out at the other endYou must enjoy physical work as you will be on your feet throughout the shifts.Benefits as a Warehouse Operative:
