Trainee Warehouse Assistant

Description

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Warehouse Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver or someone looking to start a hands-on career in logistics and warehousing.Excellent training will be provided.

This is a physical role and you will need to be willing to undertake all warehouse tasks, which includes keeping the warehouse organised and tidy.

You must also be willing to learn how to operate a forklift, full training will be given.

There are also some admin tasks therefore you will need to have computer skills and be able to use Microsoft and be trained on the inhouse software.

A flexible attitude is also essential as you may be asked to help in other departments during busy periods.

The role will be warehouse based, therefore a driving licence is NOT essential, however you may go out on the road on the odd occasion to assist the driver with a delivery.
