– Track shipments across road and air, liaising with customs for relevant documentation.

– Quote for shipments and negotiate rates with carriers when necessary.

– Build positive relationships with carriers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations.

– Keep customers updated on job progress and resolve any queries or issues effectively.

– Close out job files by obtaining proof of delivery (POD) and other required information, scanning and filing documents accurately.

What You Will Bring:

– Proficiency in MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases.

– Excellent organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

– Strong communication abilities and experience in customer service or administration.

– Knowledge of the transport and freight forwarding industry is advantageous.
