What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and manage warehouse operations during your shiftConduct briefings, assign tasks, and monitor performanceEnsure compliance with Health & Safety and SOPsDrive KPI performance and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with planning, inventory, and technical teamsSupport team wellbeing and foster a culture of trust and engagementDeliver accurate reporting and maintain high operational standards What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturingStrong leadership and people management skillsProficiency in Excel and warehouse management systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFlexible and willing to work rotating shifts
