Position: Road Freight Operations Account Manager

Location: Wythenshawe

Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:30 (Flexible start and finish times)

Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 office–based

Salary: Up to 35,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end–to–end road freight operations for a portfolio of clientsAct as the primary contact for customer accounts, ensuring service excellenceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communicationNegotiate rates with hauliers and suppliers to deliver cost–effective solutionsProvide quotations and track market trends to remain competitiveCoordinate collections and deliveries across the UK and EuropeMonitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring on–time performancePrepare and manage all necessary documentation for shipmentsCollaborate with internal teams to support account growth and retentionSupport the sales team during client visits and account reviewsWhat We're Looking For
