Description
Job Title: FLT Reach Truck Driver
Location: Coventry (Anstey Park)
Pay Rate: GBP13.42 per hour
Shift Pattern: 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Contract Type: Temp – Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Please note: A valid D2 Reach Truck Licence is required for this position.
About the Role We are currently seeking experienced and motivated FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join a leading goods distribution company in Coventry on a Temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing team within a well–established organisation.
You will be working in a modern, fully equipped warehouse that includes excellent on–site facilities such as:
Canteen
Smoking area
Free car parking
Locker room
Key Responsibilities Operate Reach Truck (D2) to load, unload, and move goods efficiently
Pick, pack, label, and store stock accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Provide excellent service by ensuring orders are processed correctly and on time
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Follow all health, safety, and company procedures
Requirements Valid EXTERNAL D2 Reach Truck Licence (essential)
Previous experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting(min 1 year)
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
Basic computer skills (for data entry and stock processing)
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
