You will play a critical role in preparing the site for operations, ensuring spares and materials are ordered, delivered, and ready to meet demanding commissioning and maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of critical spares and materialsOwn and implement purchasing strategies, supplier communications, and delivery trackingWork with departments across Pre–Operations, Commissioning, and InstallationMaintain accurate purchasing records using systems such as SAP and AS9Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and support audit–ready documentationIdeal Candidate:

Experience in procurement, materials coordination, or supply chain rolesHighly organised and detail–orientedProficient with Excel and Office 365 toolsFamiliar with SAP or other procurement systemsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsGCSE/National Qualification level or aboveDriving licence required
