Salary: GBP13.33 GBP14.36 per hour

Our client, a well–established leader in the logistics and distribution sector, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator with strong IT skills to join their busy operations team in Petersfield. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast–paced environment where you ll be managing the company s shipping system to keep products moving efficiently and on time.

The Role:

Operate and manage the company s shipping/tracking software to schedule and monitor deliveries.

Process orders, generate shipping labels, and produce accurate delivery documentation.

Track shipments in real time, proactively resolving any delivery issues.

Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate movement records for compliance and reporting purposes.

About You:

Confident using shipping/logistics platforms and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data quickly.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively across departments.

Experience in logistics, e–commerce fulfilment, or transport coordination is an advantage.
