Description
Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with a can do attitude who has experience in a logistics/scheduling role. Candidates must be computer literate (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook), have excellent communication skills (on all levels) and be very organised with excellent planning and time management skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
DUTIES:
Managing all delivery schedules Delivery paperwork is in order and correct (e.g. delivery notes) Booking in forthcoming deliveries, deliveries with customers, and organising collection of goods Liaison with sales team, delivery drivers Organising and arranging vehicle checks and maintenance (tyres, windscreens, forklift, insurance and recovery) Managing of fuel card accounts, congestion charges/tolls etc. Booking overnights for drivers In return we offer:
