Are you a dedicated Health and Safety (HSE) Manager with a proven track record in a multi–site environment? This is your opportunity to join a leading logistics organisation and take full ownership of its safety and environmental strategy.

Location: Flexible within the South East. Salary: to GBP50K + benefits The Role

We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple sites in the UK. This is a hands–on, strategic role where you'll be responsible for:

Developing and implementing robust HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. Ensuring full legal compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation. Conducting risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations to identify and mitigate hazards. Leading and fostering a strong safety culture through training and engagement initiatives. Acting as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies. About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive health and safety experience, preferably within the logistics, transport, or a similar multi–site sector. You should possess:

A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification. Expert knowledge of UK HSE legislation. A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A flexible approach to work, with the ability to travel between sites.
