Key Responsibilities

As Head of Operations, you will:

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence.Lead carrier and logistics management, negotiating contracts and improving delivery performance.Manage a full–scale warehouse relocation, including planning, execution, and minimising disruption.Develop and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Implement new warehouse tech, driving digital transformation and operational visibility.Collaborate cross–functionally with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to align operations with business goals.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in operations leadership within wholesale, distribution, or logistics.Strong project management skills, especially in warehouse relocation and systems implementation.Expertise in WMS selection and deployment.Excellent people leadership and team development capabilities.Commercial acumen and a data–driven mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast–paced, change–oriented environment.
