The Opportunity

As a General Manager, you will:

Be at the forefront of driving sales growth and company performanceDevelop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customersHave full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasingEnsure the achievement of your set targets and objectivesRequirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

B2B sales and management experienceExperience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunitiesA proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customersNatural leadership qualitiesRewards

As a General Manager, you will receive:
