Counterbalance FLT Driver
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay Rate: 13.65 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Staffing Match is a leading provider of logistics and distribution solutions, partnering with some of the UK's best–known brands. We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our client's warehouse team based in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled FLT driver looking for long–term, stable employment with potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities as Counterbalance FLT Driver:
Operate counterbalance forklift truck to move stock and materials safely around the warehouse.
Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas.
Perform daily equipment checks and report any defects.
Follow all health & safety procedures and site rules.
Assist with other warehouse duties when required.
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
Previous experience operating a counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment.
Good level of English – both written and spoken.
A strong work ethic and a team–player attitude.
Ability to work full–time on the stated shift pattern.
