Job Title: FLT Counterbalance / Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Wythenshawe

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour

An established logistics organisation in the Wythenshawe area is currently seeking a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance / Warehouse Operative to join their night shift team. This position offers a stable, full–time hours, temp on going with the possibility of perm

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operation, with approximately 70% of the role involving forklift truck (FLT) counterbalance duties and 30% focused on general warehouse tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently

Load and unload goods with accuracy and care

Assist in stock movement, picking, and packing when required

Conduct routine checks on FLT equipment and report any issues

Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed

Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets

Candidate Requirements:

A valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential

Minimum of one year's experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy paced warehouse environment

Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Flexibility and reliability to work night shifts consistently
