As a Logistics Coordinator, you will manage the smooth flow of goods and information across the supply chain, from processing orders and coordinating transport to handling customer and supplier relationships – ensuring deliveries are on time, cost–effective, and accurately documented.

This is a fantastic role for someone from a Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Administrator, Order Management, Export or similar role.

THE ROLE:

Manage end to end order processing for UK and international customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.Prepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues.Maintain up to date knowledge of export controls, sanctions, and embargoes relevant to destination countries.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order management and export compliance processes.THE PERSON:
