The Role
Do you have solid experience driving a Class 1 HGV? Are you looking for regular, no-fuss work with minimal handling involved? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Quantum Logistics Limited are on the lookout for a dependable Class 1 HGV Tramping Driver to join our growing team.
You will be delivering goods across the UK in a modern, well-maintained Class 1 vehicle. You will spend nights away from home, with routes and schedules that keep you moving - but never overloaded.
This is a self-employed position offering consistency, support and the simplicity of straightforward runs - just turn up at site and wait.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Class 1 HGV vehicles safely for long-distance deliveriesConduct vehicle checks before and after each journeyKeep accurate records of your hours, mileage and deliveriesFollow all road laws and working time rulesMaintain a polite and professional approach with clients and colleagues The Person
Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence.Valid Driver CPC and Digi Tacho Card.Minimum 2 years of HGV driving experience (tramping preferred).Good knowledge of UK road networks and compliance regulations.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.A professional and courteous attitude.
