HGV Class 1 Driver Trunking
Mon Fri
Up to GBP38k DOE
Location: Mid Kent
Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum DOE
Bonus: GBP15 per day shunt bonus for early starts
Shifts: Monday to Friday only no weekends
Contract Type: Permanent
We are currently recruiting a Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a leading national furniture delivery company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for clean trunking work, regular routes, and a healthy work–life balance.
This is not a multi–drop or home delivery role. You ll be transporting goods between distribution centres using well–maintained vehicles, with very limited handballing.
The Role:
Trunking between depots and regional distribution centres
Monday to Friday early starts (4am)
GBP15 per day shunt bonus for early shifts
No weekends, no manual unloading, no customer–facing work
Supported by an experienced transport team and modern fleet
Requirements:
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
Previous experience is required
Strong timekeeping, professionalism, and safety awareness
