Air Freight Operations & Pricing Coordinator

Location: Farnborough

Job Type: Full–Time / Hybrid Working

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

As the Airfreight Operations & Pricing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end–to–end management of airfreight shipments, from booking cargo and managing customs entries to liaising with overseas agents and handling pricing strategies. You'll work closely with internal sales teams, customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily airfreight import & export operationsPrepare and manage quotations and pricing strategiesComplete customs entries and ensure complianceLiaise with customers, overseas agents, and suppliersMaintain accurate job files and shipment recordsProvide excellent customer service and operational supportSupport internal sales teams with timely and accurate information

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of UK–based airfreight operations experienceProficient in handling both import and export shipmentsExperienced in booking cargo, customs documentation, and job file managementStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organisation and multitasking abilitiesDG (Dangerous Goods) training is a plusWR Logistics are the recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
