Sam, Jack and the team at Precision Contractors have been with us since February building a two storey extension on our home while we continue to live in it. During that time they have dealt kindly and efficiently with errors from both the original architect and structural engineer, complicated groundworks, unexpected disasters caused by the previous builders and managing a project around ourselves and our two children. They have brought a creative and practical approach to problem solving and improved the quality and design of our build as well as remaining calm, communicative and cheerful throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble for every member of the team and we would happily recommend them.

I was introduced to Precison contractors via the Association of Master Tradesmen coming after a long period of trying to source a quality builder and architects. I was about to give up until I meet with Sam and Jack. Our project was a new extension to create a downstairs bathroom with a dog shower and in addition extending our lounge room as part of the original 1905 house. Part of the project was then creating a large paving area alongside the back of the house, and annex. The original house also required a must needed makeover and essential maintenance including replacing the old roof and conservatory. To find a builder willing and skilled to take on a new build project and renovation work was hard (most just wanted the new build). What attracted me to Precison was their approach to client communication. They appreciated the importance of trust and workmanship and came with the experience to tackle the unknowns which always arise with old buildings. We faced lots of challenges - the main one being the roof being in worse condition than expected but with open dialogue and patience on both our sides we got through and now the project is coming to the end, we are so happy with the result.

Precision contractors, Jack and his team, have been fantastic to work with from start to finish on our build. Whilst, the extension and kitchen refit we had done, should have been a simple job for the team, unfortunately we hit a number of challenges along the way. All of these have been resolved, with little input required by us, making the whole process a lot smoother and simpler from our perspective. The team could not do enough to make sure we were happy with the job done, to the point they built our kids new beds whilst we were on holiday so they had somewhere to sleep when we got home. This is above and beyond our expectations. The work completed has been to extremely high standards and the customer service has been faultless. What they have delivered has transformed our home and is beyond anything we could have imagined. I will be recommending Jack to anyone that requires building work in the future and am extremely sad to see them wrap up our project, as it has been a pleasure dealing with all the team on a day to day basis.
