Goddards home improvement’s Ltd is a next generation building company based in the south east town of new romney, Kent.
We specialise in all extensions, refurbishments, new builds, landscaping and have completed retrofit passivhaus projects to enPHit standards.
We look at ourselves differently from the usual contractors, we keep everything in house, which means we have all trades under us, this ensures the jobs run smoothly to works programmes and in turn, speed and cost efficiency is at its most effective.
We like to make our projects more bespoke to the customer, the same people turn up to site everyday, I myself deal with all planning and building control on the clients behalf (if required) and the project management including risk assessments, health and safety etc, I also keep up to date with all the current building regulations and have a good working relationship with current council building inspectors.
We also offer a job viewing service to potential customers, this involves visiting previous completed or ongoing projects so they can see and hear for themselves how we work.
The standard of work will talk for its self and we won’t accept nothing more then 100% quality.
