Where do I begin with this guy.Lets begin with his claims of being a skilled builder.This is total fiction.Joseph the sole employee is a total fraud.I engaged Josh Metro on the strengh of his reviews and apparent fictional web site.Big mistake. I engaged Joseph and his fictional skilled staff for a full house refurbishment.4 months later I am in a living hell.He took my house apart and has neither the staff or the will to complete the job I have been paying him for.Faulty electrics , leaking plumbing , terrible joinery and plastering.,,£3000 wasted on bodged tiling.He refuses to take any resposibility for bad work.He calls himself a project manager but hasn't a clue about standards of work, planning job sequences etc.Building control has rejected his work on a chimney breast, he refuses to make safe the work and has now done a runner.So far I have spent £15000 on labour and materials, everthing has to be redone.The electrics plumbing joinery ,retiling and laminating of floors.I have reported him to trading standards and hope to get some recompence.I have taken photograhs and made records of this sorry afair.AVOID AVOID this company, Joseph is a complete fraud.

The work is still ongoing cos it’s a long term project, but so far the excellence and professionalism at which Joseph and his team have worked on our new house, has been remarkable. They ask the right questions, make suitable recommendations and get right to work. I look forward to completing the project and working with Josh Metro again. Thank you guys!
