CGA Design & Build is a small architectural firm based in Banstead, Surrey which specialises in providing a comprehensive range of high quality and professional architectural services mainly within the residential sector however we do also work on commercial properties and for manufacturers.

We offer a fixed fee service producing high quality planning and building control drawings for home extensions, loft conversions, new build property and remodelling at competitive rates. We provide professional and affordable solutions which are delivered in efficient working time frames.

To be successful, we listen and interpret our client’s requirements correctly, whilst aiding their inspiration and adding value. It is important our clients understand what we will be drawing and therefore it is extremely important that we understand our client’s requirements. For this reason, before any project begins, we always aim to visit the customer free of charge to produce a design brief. It is our responsibility to provide the best options to achieve that brief and advise suitable alternatives if it is not achievable.
