SA Architectural Services is an award winning Architectural Practice which specialises in sustainable (eco) design and the implementation of these technologies into new and old buildings alike. We work primarily on bespoke new build homes, Listed buildings, and also undertake some extension and home refurbishment work, alongside commercial projects from care homes to transport hubs. We begin by understanding your needs, and providing answers to the questions you have about timescale, budget, safety etc. We then offer creative design solutions. All applications for Planning Permission, Building Regulations and work to Party Walls are handled in house. We can then help to find a builder, and manage that builder for you until the work is complete. SA Architectural services offers a one stop shop to take your project to whichever stage you are wanting to get to. Our services take the hassle and worry out of undertaking a build, and provide our residential customers with the home they've always wanted. Our commercial customers receive a functional and beautiful space which truly reflects their brand and profile, whilst not blowing the budget.

Very rapid response. A highly competent set of plans and drawings were produced, together with a comprehensive and relevant Heritage, Sustainability and Impact statement. After I had approved them and sent the fee, the documents were immediately submitted to the local council.

The key advice I was given before embarking on a large build and refurbishment project was to choose and Architect on recommendation of a trusted source AND get lots of quotes/options……….. James and SA came through Bark and was the first person I met!! Many other options considered, recommendations acknowledged and 6 months later, we have decided to go with SA! James’ practical, upfront, clear, honest and process driven approach to our consultations is why I have decided to use them. For me I value more than anything someone who will take time to practically think of the challenges the project may rise, rather than looking for either cheapest option or most artistic creativity. I think with James and SA I have found someone who addresses my key value driver, whilst also having a great looking portfolio of stylish projects. I have to acknowledge that the proof will come with a successful project! So watch this space, but so far I couldn’t be happier with the way SA have approached the process.
