We needed to have rotten joist ends replaced at both ends of our living room and also to relaminate our floor. After a quick phone call to JSP Jake arrived the same day and gave us a fair quote. Within 2 days he had the job finished with no mess. We now have an amazing sturdy beautiful floor. Jake is hard working and worked alone. Arrived on time and kept us updated. Top of our list of tradesmen numbers to keep. Well done Jake
