Marius and his team did an excellent job on our side extension from foundation to warm deck roof. All work was above standard and Marius clearly aimed to exceed customer expectations. My specific customer wishes where fully implemented until I was satisfied, which is a great customer experience. Even after the job was done, Marius came over to make sure that the last bits and pieces are fully done. All work was overseen to satisfaction by building control. Will certainly contact Marius again and would also recommend to friends and family.

We used HeritageConstruct for a single storey extension across the back of our house. Marius provided excellent advice on planning the space and the options open to us. We went with a pitched roof with two electric Velux windows as opposed to the usual flat roof, which has been the best decision we made giving us a lovely light and bright entertaining space. The building team were excellent and worked quickly and efficiently throughout from foundations to decorating, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for building projects.
