Thank you so much to Modern Loft Rooms they’ve done an amazing works on our Loft conversion including renovation works throughout the property, installing kitchens, bathrooms electrical and plumbing they took care of everything within their project price we will definitely recommend the guys at modern loft Rooms and we definitely use them again

Working with Modern Loft Rooms was a great experience giving new ideas throughout the projects and overseeing the site from start to finish , the team looked after us and my family working late to get the job done on time. We choose Modern Loft Rooms because of their good reviews and their pricing was much affordable. We were definitely use this company again.

We couldn’t vouch any more for this company removing our Roof under the tin hat where they was weathered every single day really helped to get the project completed quicker . The team was very easy to get along with very polite, very friendly. There was a site foreman on site every single day looking after all the workers and making sure all the targets was hit on time. They was not the cheapest we must say, but their quality of work was through the roof and we would love to work with the team again in the future.
