I’m a fully qualified, registered psychotherapist offering confidential online counselling with a focus on men’s mental health and wellbeing. Many men deal with stress, anxiety, low mood, anger, or relationship problems on their own, often feeling pressure to cope in silence or simply “get on with it”. Over time, that can take a real toll.

I provide a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s really going on. Whether that’s work pressure, relationship difficulties, low confidence, feeling stuck, or struggling to manage stress or emotions. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll take things one step at a time and work through it together.

I work online with young people and adults, offering privacy and flexibility so you can access counselling from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions move at a pace that suits you, with a focus on helping you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s demands.
