I’m a fully qualified, registered therapeutic counsellor offering confidential, professional online counselling with a focus on men’s wellbeing. Many men carry stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles in silence, often feeling pressure to “just get on with it.” My sessions provide a supportive space where you can talk openly without judgement and start working through the challenges life throws at you—whether it’s pressure at work, difficulties in relationships, low self-esteem, or managing anger and stress.

I work online with young men, adult men, and couples, offering flexibility and privacy so you can access counselling wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions move at a pace that suits you, with the aim of helping you feel more in control, more confident, and better equipped to handle life’s demands.

Not been to counselling B4. Quite scary talking about my experiences. Steve was great. He made me feel like it was okay to feel how I feel. Once I got talking it was easy.

I wanted to come out to my family but couldn't. Steve supported me through this and gave me the confidence to accept who I am and open up to mates and family.

My problem was embarrassing and it took me ages to start therapy with Steve. The thing was he just made talking easy. I did feel embarrassed but I got over it and it was because he really cared and made me feel ok.

Talking about stuff is not what I like to do but Steve made it easy. I was able to talk about my feelings and things I have been hanging on to since I was in school. Would recommend him.

I've been struggling with a porn addiction for many years now and tried lots of things to stop but nothing seemed to work. After only about 4 sessions with Steve I was able to work out why I had to keep looking. This has really helped me to be more on guard in certain situations and so far I've done a hole month without looking at any porn. I'm very grateful to Steve for all his help. He was kind and not judgement. If your a bit scared of starting therapy like I was, you should try a session with Steve. He will really put you at ease.
