Jill is absolutely great to work with. She is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and skilled at what she does. The transformation in my confidence levels after just three sessions has been incredible. I have worked with Jill on several occasions and cannot recommend her highly enough. She takes time to understands the needs of her clients and tailors sessions to meet the specific needs of the team. I also commissioned a bespoke leadership development programme for the Senior Pharmacy Technician (Band 6 and above) team which helped them to feel empowered and armed them with practical tools and tips they continue to use.
