I’m Jessica, a CBT therapist specialising in anxiety, chronic stress, and self-doubt in high-achieving individuals.
Many of the people I work with appear capable and composed on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, over-pressured, or stuck in cycles of overthinking. If that resonates, I offer a free initial consultation so you can see if I am the right fit for you before you make any decisions on your journey.
My approach blends evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a deeper focus on nervous system regulation, helping you not only understand your thoughts, but feel more grounded and in control in your day-to-day life. I also integrate elements of lifestyle and wellbeing, recognising that mental health is influenced by the whole person, not just the mind.
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, make sense of what’s going on for you, and begin to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right.
