Description
I am a qualified Coach and trauma-informed Massage Therapist with many years’ experience supporting women as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My work spans the women’s sector and private practice, including over a decade with Women and Girls Network, affiliated with Rape Crisis England.
With specialist training in menopause and midlife coaching, I also support women through this important stage of life, offering tools to manage symptoms, reduce overwhelm, and restore balance. My holistic approach recognises the deep connection between mind and body.
My massage practice focuses on relaxing treatments to support healing. I also offer Zone Face Lift, a rejuvenating facial massage and reflexology treatment that replaces the need for Botox and fillers.
I am available for body and face massages at my home salon in East London. If you live further afield, we can connect online for coaching.
