Hi, I have always had an interest in personal development and used it extensively in my own life to overcome life’s challenges and to set my own goals in life. I provide a range of very successful integrated coaching packages that will help you overcome challenges in any number of areas in your life from relationships, career, business to cultivating healthy habits. I work with people of all ages throughout the world – on the phone, online and in person in my London therapy rooms. This is a process and with clients we identify blocks, challenges and opportunities.

I trained with Trevor Silvester of the internationally-acclaimed Quest Institute. I am also a Member of the QCHPA, the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). I run a stress reduction and burnout retreat in Tuscany during April and August each year. I have worked in the City for 25 years as a Project and Product Manager. This blend of learning and qualifications amassed over a lifetime has enabled me to ask the key questions to unlock potential.
