Hi, I am a qualified counsellor who is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have experience working with the NHS IAPT Talking Therapies service where I have helped clients with anxiety and depression, relationship issue and loss and bereavement.
I have also worked with an women who have experienced domestic abuse and coercive control and the challenges this brings.
I create a safe, non-judgemental environment for you to speak about difficult emotions and experiences and to explore what you want to change.
