Watching them load my completely chaotic belongings so neatly honestly felt like witnessing an amazing real life Tetris moment! They wrapped my mirror, TV and other furniture in protective blankets and secured everything properly. Everything arrived without a damage - you can really see their experience and attention to detail. Most importantly, Paweł and his colleague were genuinely lovely people. Even though they were carrying heavy furniture up and down, they stayed cheerful, friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Optimal Removals. Pawel and Christian arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were professional, careful, and extremely efficient, handling everything from heavy furniture to a huge mirror with ease. Nothing was damaged, and it was obvious they know what they are doing. About 30 minutes into the move, the electricity went out in my building for nearly two hours. I am still shocked by Pawel’s honesty and fairness, he only charged a minimal amount for the downtime!! They also let me go with them in the Van which made the move go so much easier. Overall, the whole process was stress-free thanks to their expertise, care, and integrity.
