I offer psychodynamic therapy, an open-ended talk-based approach that explores how unconscious thoughts and past experiences shape your current behaviours and emotions. By reflecting on the past, we can better understand its impact on your present and discover new ways for you to move forward.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps you address both recent and long-standing issues, offering clarity and effective tools to manage life’s challenges. I work with individuals from all backgrounds, supporting them in navigating a wide range of concerns, big or small, with compassion and care.

I provide you with a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore and work through any issues you may be facing. Together, we can uncover ways to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in your daily life.


Training & Qualifications

I am a fully qualified psychodynamic counsellor, accredited by the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I completed my training at the highly regarded Enfield Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre (ECPS), both a BPC and BACP accredited service, upholding the highest standards of training in the UK.

I abide by the BPC and BACP Code of Ethics, ensuring the highest standards of practice, which are based on values and principles that underpins how counsellors engage and work with clients. I am fully insured and have an up-to-date DBS check.

I have extensive experience working with individuals in numerous settings and working with groups.

I offer a free introductory telephone call after initial contact has been made. During this chat, we’ll go over the next steps and address any questions you may have about getting started.

Weekly Sessions

Your weekly sessions will be guided by you. They will take place at the same time each week either in person or online. The option of twice weekly sessions at a discounted rate can be offered and discussed together to best accommodate your needs if it feels suitable for you. Individual appointments last 50 minutes.
