Retail Travel Manager
This independent travel agent dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences for their clients are looking for an experienced customer focussed Travel Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for crafting bespoke travel plans, supporting your team and ensuring every journey exceeds expectations.
Retail Travel Manager Role and Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
Design and book tailored itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transfers.
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Stay up to date with travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
Offer support and ongoing training to staff
Retail Travel Manager Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in travel consultancy or a related role.
Strong knowledge of global destinations and travel products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
