Location: Remote working options available
Able to travel to the Head Office in the North East of England when required

The company: An international travel solutions provider
The role:
Providing exceptional events and tours organisation services to clients and prospective groups travelling across Europe
Main duties:
- Provide a high-level customer experience to all clients
- Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly
- Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Issue competitive and comprehensive quotations and travel itineraries
- Gain continuous knowledge of clients' requirements and offers
- Identify potential sales leads and follow up to maximise conversion
- Travel to events and exhibitions to represent the company
The Candidate:
- Fluency in French is a must
- Experience working with a tour operator or similar service provider is essential
- Must be based in the UK / a UK resident
- Experience in events organisation, ticketing and booking, or working for a travel organisation
- Experience using travel reservation software (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Positive, problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
- Good team player and excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and IT literate
Salary: Around £30,000 per annum OTE​
