Description
Commercial Analyst
A well respected company are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their expanding commercial team based in Manchester. The role will be responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, regular pricing availability updates & co-ordination of promotional activity from a pricing/discount perspective, whilst keeping up to date with competitors pricing.
Commercial Analyst – Role & Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and interpretation of data / trends to create recommendations on pricing and promotions
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on performance
Competitor analysis & price checking
Commercial Analyst - Skills Required:
Experience working as a commercial or data analyst 2-3 years experience required
High attention to detail, thorough and meticulous
Ability to manipulate large data sets in excel, into meaningful information and proven experience of translating this to the business
Excellent experience using excel including formulas & pivot tables
Experience with Power Bi or Tableau would be an advantage
Commercial Analyst - Additional Information :
Salary circa £35k (some flexibility for experienced senior candidates)
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (can be flexible on shift pattern)
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office in Greater Manchester.
