If your are having problems with your windows laptop, it may need a service or an upgrade.
I can help with basic maintenance, adding RAM, changing the existing hard drive to an SSD drive, re-installing windows, and other troubleshooting. If windows has crashed, it may still be possible to recover some of the data.
In many cases, adding RAM, changing RAM configuration (eg 1x 8 GB may work faster as 2x 4GB in dual channel), changing traditional hard drive to an SSD drive, can bring new life into an older machine and make it usable for quite a while longer.
