I’m very disappointed with the service provided by James. He was hired to carry out work at my elderly mother’s home. While on-site, he suggested installing pigeon-proofing mesh around the solar panels. However, he noted he didn’t have the appropriate nails to secure the mesh and assured us it could be done without them, despite our concerns. Shortly after he left, the pigeons began dislodging the mesh. It is now hanging off the roof and visibly dangling in front of a bedroom window. We've tried calling James several times—he initially promised to return and fix it, but has since failed to show up and is no longer responding to calls. Beyond the poor quality of the work, it's deeply troubling to see someone take advantage of an elderly person.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They attended and started work, left after 2 hours saying they were going to collect the fencing needed. I paid them £600 cash towards the cost of the fencing and they didn't return. They will not answer my calls. They also trade under the name Joe's Tree & Landscapes. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
