We used this company to move. Admittedly due to work commitments we weren't ready for them as we still had packing to do. However having put in the wrong post code and turning up 1½hrs late we started at 11am. It took til 0030 for 3 van loads to be loaded, driven 2.4 miles up the road and dropped off. We told them to just take the big stuff and we would sort the rest which should have been part of the service. We moved all of the furniture out of the flat to the front door for them as well. Comments were being made about our cats having scratched quite a lot of our furniture but this clearly isn't the case. It was a hired van with no sheets and our furniture was damaged in the van. We now have several items with hideous deep gouges and part built units with bracket clips that have been completely snapped. Our 8 week old sofa also has a small bit of damage too which is heartbreaking. At one point Mark did offer to "sand down the units" to make them look better so he must have realised that it wasn't our cats as they clearly aren't tigers! It was a very long gruling day and I didn't argue about the cost as I just wanted to get on with things but im having to throw out some furniture and I will have to pay for replacement clips and repair kits as well. New neighbours weren't keen on the 0030 delivery of items and thought they were family as opposed to professionals. If I move again I will do it myself, would be by far quicker and if I damage anything its only myself to blame.

Mark and Owen worked tirelessly all day to remove everything from the back garden and the storage unit. Excellent work and also great company, I would definitely recommend these guys. I would use them again without hesitation.

Mark and his team was very professional in what they did all three gentleman was nice and very helpful in what they did and very friendly, towards myself and my husband Mark explained that the flat would be completely empty on the date we stated even if it took all night they would stay there untill the job was finished, myself and my husband and Mark great team had the flat completely empty by 18.15 ( 6.15) in the evening and that includes Mark team braking up all of our furniture that had to go as well a lot of laughter and friendly atmosphere with marks team I would differently use Mark again when the time comes and we got to move he stayed to the price he quoted me which me and my husband was very pleased about thank you Mark and your great team,
