We employed this company to clear some scrub and bushes from our garden and despite appearing to have no tree surgeon qualifications he has completely overstepped the mark and hacked into our beloved Acer tree. This was not a small trim, he removed about 30% of the branches at a completely inappropriate time. Other areas were cleared satisfactorily, but we will never use them again.
