After having a letter off the council Pete from acorns came round and have me a quote for the trees and omg One word and that is WOW "BRILLIANT JOB" Thank you pete and team really well done and very professional thank you

Peter was patronizing. He wanted payment by bank transfer. He did not use a card reader. He was reluctant to take a cheque. Paying was a pain. I found him expensive, but as I wanted the work done quickly, I employed him. He gave a quote for the work less VAT, and then added the 20% after the work was done. He should have quoted with VAT at the beginning and not after the work was done. Although the quality of work was generally good, there were flaws which left me somewhat upset.

Very quick to respond as I imagine many companies under pressure due to storm Darragh. Very polite team of lads finished job in no time and cleared up well.
